Manage Campaign

In this section you can see the list of all groups, campaigns, campaigns’ URLs, the common amount of added and active targets for each campaign, general statistics, and a number of landing pages and offers in your campaigns.

To set up the table according to your preferences, press the “Customize table” button and the section for the table customization will appear. You can select the currency to be displayed in the financial metrics, and set up the necessary columns to be displayed in the table. After you finish customization, press the “Apply” button. Please note that all setting will be saved. To refresh the table, press “Refresh”.

There is a “Filter” button available in each column near the title. It allows the choice of values that you want to display or hide in the table. Mark checkboxes of the ones you want to leave visible and press “Apply”. There is also a search bar available for the values.

If to press the “Export” button, the table will be saved in the .csv file format and the upload process will begin.

The bottom line of the table is called the “Total”. There you will see the total value of all data in the column. In addition, each group has a line that shows the total by this group.

You can rename or delete groups. Removing a group will not delete all the campaigns that are included in this group. All the campaigns will now go under the Default group.

You can also sort out your campaigns by ID, name, date of creation, URL and statistics data.

Note that sorting is applied within each group.

In order to find the necessary campaign quickly you can use filters: point ID or part of the campaign’s name, or group that the campaign you are searching for belongs to, and choose to show the campaigns with traffic or without it. Moreover, you can choose to display only visible, only hidden campaigns, or all the available campaigns (to do this, mark the corresponding checkboxes). Also, you can apply the “Time zone” and “Period” filters for statistics display. To use these filters, press the “Apply” button. Please note that all settings will be saved.

When you find the necessary campaign, you can do the following actions with it: view statistics, edit, copy, update total costs, update costs by Sub ID, make your campaign hidden or visible, archive it, and copy the link.

Note that the actions can be done in two ways: click the left mouse button on the line with a campaign and then click on the needed action above the table, or click the right mouse button on a campaign and select the needed action from the context menu.

By pressing “View statistics”, you will be redirected to the “Global report” section of the selected campaign.

By pressing “Edit”, you’ll be redirected to the 1st of 2 steps to setting up your campaign, similar to those of creating campaigns. On this page you can reset the whole campaign, change some settings, or just check out all the campaign settings.

When pressing “Copy” from the list, the exact copy of your campaign will appear in the same group with all the offers, landing pages and targets, but with a different ID, and with the word “copy” added to the campaign’s name.

If to press “Update total costs”, you will see the pop-up window where you need to enter the time zone, period for cost refreshment (the maximum period is 31 days; plus, you can’t refresh costs for the current day), costs value (the currency will match the one selected during campaign creation), and costs model.

The “Hide/Show” button makes a campaign invisible. To view campaigns with this status, mark the checkbox for viewing invisible campaigns in the filter. Invisible campaigns differ from others in the pale font color.

When pressing “Move to archive”, you archive this campaign. It will be removed from the list of your campaigns in the “Manage campaigns” section and moved to archive.

If you want to find archived campaigns, press “Archive” button in the upper right corner. The pop-up window with the list of archived campaigns will appear.

Use filters to simplify the search. You can view statistics of the archived campaign by clicking the “View statistics” button.

You can restore archived campaigns. To do this, click on campaigns you want to restore with the left button of a mouse and press “Restore”. All the selected campaigns will be restored and moved back to the list of campaigns in the “Manage campaigns” section in the same group where they were before archiving.

When pressing “Get link”, a pop-up window appears in which you’ll see the selected link that you can copy to the clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C.
